Thank you for your interest in having a field trip at the Lafayette Science Museum. Please take a moment to complete this form. We will review your request and contact you within two business days. Please keep in mind the earlier a request is received the better the chance is the desired dates can be accommodated.

Field trips are currently offered on Thursdays and Fridays. Please see our suggested schedule for morning and afternoon field trips. Planetarium shows are offered at 10 am or 12:30 pm both days.

Tour dates are not guaranteed until receive email confirmation from our Museum staff. Requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

We want to ensure that our website and services are accessible to all of our potential customers.
