STEM Saturday 10/4 International Observe the Moon Night

Join us Saturday, October 4 beginning at 2:45 pm for our celebration of International Observe the Moon Night. International Observe the Moon Night is a time to come together with fellow Moon enthusiasts and curious people worldwide. Mr. Dave Hostetter will present a special planetarium show, The Moon Tonight.  He will answer questions about the moon after the show. We will end the day (weather permitting) in Parc Sans Souci as we observe the moon and Saturn through our telescopes from 7:30-9:00 pm.

STEM Saturday activities are sponsored by a grant from Halliburton and are included with regular museum admission. Activities are open-ended allowing visitors to come and go while touring exhibits and the planetarium. Best for elementary and middle school ages, but older kids and adults can have fun learning something new or helping younger children. #halliburtongiving
