GENERAL PUBLIC
Tickets
$5.00: Adult General Admission (18 through 61 years of age)
$3.00: Senior General Admission (62 years of age or older)
$2.00: Child General Admission (4 through 17 years of age)
Infants through 3 years of age are admitted without charge, but may not be permitted in some Planetarium shows

General Admission
Lafayette Public School school students and teachers enter free. Private and out of parish schools pay $1 per student and teacher for admission. All chaperones pay $2 each.
Planetarium Admission
Planetarium shows run on a schedule, and late admission is not possible.
Tuesday through Friday mornings: Field trip groups may schedule a Planetarium show at 9:10am, 10:10am, 11:10am, or 12:10pm; programs last 50 minutes. Click here for a list of available programs with their recommended grade levels and GLEs. Seats are free with general admission, and are subject to availability. Infants through 3 years of age are not permitted in these Planetarium shows. Click here for schedule of public Planetarium programs.

Driving Directions: The Museum &
Planetarium is located at the corner of
Jefferson Street and West Congress, in the
heart of downtown Lafayette.
From Interstate 10, take exit 103 onto US
167 South. Travel approximately 2.4 miles.
Turn right onto Jefferson Street. Travel 4
blocks to West Congress.
The Museum & Planetarium is on left.
From Route 90, northbound: Turn left on to
Jefferson Street. Travel five blocks.
The Museum & Planetarium is on left.
